NUFC vs Crystal Palace – Carabao Cup (9 November 2022)

Sometimes, less is more in our world and we like to involve as many supporters as possible in displays. With that in mind, we usually have some degree of ‘flag chaos’, and this game was very much that. We decided that we weren’t going to put on any formal displays, but would try to share flags of all sizes all around the ground, so supporters could engage with that idea. In the days leading up to the game, some of our team were in at the ground making new flags up, and sharing them around. Lots of flags need maintenance too (wet from lying in puddles or snapped flagpoles needing some tlc).

Aside from flag chaos, we had a bit of care for the ‘Eddie Howe’s Black and White Army’ banner at the front of Level 7, which needed a spot of attention.
